1. Introduction

Welcome to Epic Mobile Repair. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Epic Mobile Repair provides repair services for mobile devices, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, and other electronic devices. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Screen repairs and replacements
  • Battery replacements
  • Water damage repair
  • Camera and speaker repairs
  • Software troubleshooting
  • Charging port repairs
  • Corporate device services
  • 3D printing services

3. Warranties

We stand behind our work with a warranty on parts and labor. Warranty terms vary by repair type:

  • 90-day warranty on most repairs and parts
  • Warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse after repair
  • Warranty is void if the device is opened or tampered with by unauthorized parties
  • Original manufacturer warranties may be affected by third-party repairs

4. Diagnostics and Estimates

We provide free diagnostics for most devices. Estimates are provided before any repair work begins. Additional issues may be discovered during the repair process, and you will be contacted for approval before any additional work is performed. We reserve the right to charge a diagnostic fee if repairs are not completed after diagnosis.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repair services. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit and debit cards
  • Digital payment methods
  • Corporate accounts (with approved credit)

Devices not picked up within 30 days of repair completion may be subject to storage fees of $5 per day. Devices not claimed within 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to local laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Epic Mobile Repair is not responsible for:

  • Loss of data - We recommend backing up all data before repair
  • Pre-existing damage not related to the repair service
  • Accessories or cases not directly involved in the repair
  • Cosmetic imperfections that existed prior to repair
  • Third-party software or applications

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the cost of the repair service provided.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Backing up all data before service
  • Removing security locks, passwords, and accounts (Find My iPhone, Google Account, etc.)
  • Providing accurate contact information
  • Picking up devices within 30 days of repair completion
  • Inspecting the repaired device before leaving the store

8. Device Security and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. All devices are kept secure during the repair process. However, we recommend removing all personal and sensitive information before service. We are not responsible for any data loss or security breaches that may occur during the repair process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and marketing materials, including logos, text, graphics, and images, are the property of Epic Mobile Repair and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Modifications to Terms

Epic Mobile Repair reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.
